Ron Zingaro, Ph.D.
Dr. Ron Zingaro has more than forty years of operating experience. He has held broad-based executive assignments with American Hospital Supply Corporation and Hillenbrand Industries in General Management, Marketing, Business Development, Planning, Research, and RA/QA.
In 1985, Dr. Zingaro co-founded Key Health, a managed care firm, and served as President and CEO until managing a successful merger in 1988.
Upon completion of the merger, Dr. Zingaro joined the Executive Recruiting Industry and in 1989 founded Zingaro & Company, a firm providing human capital services. A subsidiary, Preferred Professional Recruiters – focused on contingency recruiting was formed in 1997.
Dr. Zingaro holds advanced degrees in Life Science and Business from Columbia University.

Mr. Jon Fidler has spent the last 18 years excelling in multiple industries, most notably, Dental Healthcare and Major League Baseball. Jon possesses a strong track record of award-winning achievements. Included are his contributions in the Scouting and Player Development department for the 2001 World Series Champion Arizona Diamondbacks as well as an extremely successful 10 years with Patterson Dental.
During his tenure with Patterson, Jon served in multiple roles including Operations Manager (Branch of the Year), as a Territory Representative (Incentive Trip Award winner), and most recently as General Manager (multiple Branch of the Year awards). During his tenure as General Manager, Jon honed his skills in Talent Acquisition being responsible for hiring, training and developing multiple performance award-winning employees. Mr. Fidler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from The University of Iowa.

Ms. Tracy Wolfe joined Zingaro & Company as Vice-President in 2002. In 2017, Tracy was made Partner at the newly formed Zingaro, Fidler, Wolfe & Company. Tracy brings a wide range of knowledge in all areas of talent acquisition, management, business development, and human resources.
Tracy’s experience includes executive recruitment, innovative sourcing techniques, candidate slate development, offer development and closure. Her extensive knowledge and experience provides a unique understanding of the challenges faced in HR and Talent Acquisition departments today. Tracy is a current member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Ms. Wolfe graduated from Concordia University – Austin, Magna Cum Laude with a BA, Human Resources Management.
