Director of Marketing



The Company:

One of the largest dental companies in the State of Texas with 65 dental practices throughout Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Austin.

Scope of the Job:

This highly visible position will report to the President and Chief Executive Officer and will be based at corporate headquarters in Dallas, Tx.  The Director of Marketing will be responsible for the development of advertising material, digital media, web content and social media.  The incumbent will work closely with the President and CEO to assist in the attainment of company goals and objectives.  This is a great opportunity to join one of the top 25 fastest growing companies in DFW and the largest Dental Service Organization in Texas.

You will:

Identify and participate in the branding strategy and its relationship to the overall patient experience.  You will be responsible for the management of advertising materials, social media, the corporate website, all marketing communications, public relations, and events.


Develop and present innovative, high-impact, results-driven advertising and marketing plans to the stakeholders.

Create, maintain, and deliver status reports on projects.

Manage marketing operations to drive a steady stream of new patients.

Manage content on Company website.

Maintain and implement patient retention marketing programs.

Create content and manage social media and public relations efforts.

Manage and design the production of fliers, signage, brochures, direct mailings, and other marketing materials.

Coordinate the design, order, proof, and deliver all print materials.

Coordinate company events such as trade shows, annual conferences, and continuing education classes.

Manage pay per click and search engine optimization.

Attend appropriate trade shows.

Manage outside marketing-related vendors.

Manage, coach, and develop a marketing assistant and eventually a marketing team.

Perform other responsibilities as they are developed or defined.

Candidate Requirements:

We seek a marketing professional with 5+ years of experience.  Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, collateral material, social media and digital content.

We seek a marketing professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business.  The incumbent must be confident, ambitious, results oriented, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

Strong writing, editing and proofing skills.

Ability to successfully create marketing advertisements that bring in new patients and retain current patients.

Advanced computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Abode Creative Suite is a must.

Advanced knowledge of various social media platforms and how to use and manage a profile effectively for business (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, etc.).
