This position, located at the Company headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, reports to the Senior Vice President, Head of Development, Myriad Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Your basic role is to provide the regulatory expertise, professional management, and leadership necessary to:

Provide the regulatory leadership and experience to guide the R&D and clinical programs toward successful compliance and approvals.

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all regulatory agencies resulting in rapid, worldwide approvals for new products and total compliance for Company operations.

Serve as the Myriad focal point with all regulatory organizations. Build a solid foundation for personal and corporate credibility.

As a member of the Executive Team, be actively involved in all aspects of successfully managing an emerging company.

Candidate Requirements:

1. We seek a seasoned regulatory professional with a minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience, a proven track record of global regulatory submissions, and existing relationships with the regulatory agencies.

2. You must have a solid foundation in science obtained through academics and business experience. Advanced academic training (PhD/MS/MBA is desirable).

3. For the best fit, you must be a strong team player, capable of working collaboratively with colleagues in all functions and have developed and provided effective leadership for a successful and well-respected regulatory affairs organization.
